Whether you are a resident or a visitor to the West Coast, join us to explore, create, learn and have fun this summer at our Tofino Nature Kids Camps! We will play on the beach, explore the tide pools, splash in the waves and adventure in the forest. We will learn through stories, songs, art, exploration and imaginary play.

This program offers the same high-quality, outdoor, child-led programming as our weekday sessions, only condensed into a Saturday and Sunday format.

Morning Mindfulness
Time: 8:30AM – 9:30AM
Ages 4-12
Join our instructors for an hour of mindfulness, guided walks, and circle time to start the day with intention. Families are welcome to join campers for this time.
Please ensure that this will be suitable for your child.
Tofino Nature Kids Day Camp
Time: 9:30AM – 2:30PM
OTTERS (ages 4-8)
WOLVES (ages 9-13)
Children must be fully potty-trained
Otters and Wolves will be together for most activities during the day, with the groups also spending some time doing separate activities based on age, skill level, and interests.
All activities are child-led, free-play based. Please ensure that this will be suitable for your child.

Morning Mindfulness – $10 per child per day
*If it is not feasible for you to pay the program in full, we can create a payment plan.
WHERE: Drop-off and pick-up are at North Chesterman Beach. From the North Chesterman parking lot, turn right when you get to the beach. Look for us on the beach just past the first headland, aka by the big rock.
There will be a large sign with our logo hanging in the trees.

Program Considerations
Tofino Nature Kids is a nature immersion program. We spend all of our time together outdoors. Please consider if your child will be comfortable in an outdoor learning environment. Your family must ensure your child is suitably dressed and fully prepared for the weather every day. We do have a small covered area for especially soggy or windy times.
Our program only has invisible walls, therefore, our programs are not suitable for children who are prone to uninhibited “wandering”.
